I started my journey to stop my jaw pain w Dr. Pollack 4yrs ago. Since then we’ve been through COVID and numerous location changes, but she and her office staff continue to be kind, friendly and supportive no matter what issue I happen to bring in to them. Today Dr. Grenillo helped me w a chipped front tooth. He’s a total Rock Star, and took great care of me! He’s very gentle and knows what he’s doing. Thank you for hiring such great employees Dr. Pollack, you take good care of them and then they take great care of us! (And yes, my jaw is pain free now!)
I was super anxious to get work done other than just a cleaning in my mouth after a terrible dentist experience years ago with a botched filling. Dr. O completely turned it around with his gentle and awesome work! I’ve gotten 2 cleanings here over the past year and just had some fillings done. The hygienist were awesome for both cleanings and Dr. O did an excellent job on making sure I was comfortable for the fillings and in no pain.
I’ve been waiting to write a review because I wanted to be honest with my experience and develop a relationship with the dentistry before posting. Dr. O and Ebony were the ones to be there and perform my wisdom teeth removal, both super kind and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Though I kept a calm composure during my surgery I was stressing terribly in my head but Dr. O spoke to Ebony every step of the way of what he was doing as if he was talking to me and answered all the questions that we’re running through my mind during the procedure, I could not have been more pleased and happy with the exceptional care and work they did for me.
I had not been to a dentist for about 3 years because of a terribly painful experience with having a cavity filled. After reading some positive reviews I decided to try this practice out and was not disappointed. Dr. O had to fill the same exact tooth as my old dentist and it was entirely painless! Dr. O was also both extremely helpful in answering questions and extremely careful in doing his work. Easily the best dentist I've ever had. Also, Kelli who did my cleaning was fantastic. Very personable and did a great job. I'll definitely be back in 6 months.If you are nervous about going to a dentist, rest assured you'll be taken great care of here!
