This summer I was in Niagara Falls when my front tooth fell out while eating a wing. I had gotten a cap 24 years ago and it had a catastrophic fail. I was without a front tooth for over a week while I drove back to Colorado. Sloans Lake Dental was able to get me in right away and put in a non-permanent tooth. I was then able to speak without making a whistle sound. I had to have the rest of the original tooth pulled to get an implant. The process took about four months with many trips to the dentist. While waiting for bone to grow my temporary my tooth fell off. I was able to get in right away and have it glued in. Walking around without a front tooth is very embarrassing. I found Dr. Pollack to not only be a great Dentist but also an amazing artist. My implant turned out perfect because she took the time to make small adjustments when others would have called it good enough. Sloans Lake Dental was very kind and patient while helping me with my unexpected accident.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I thought it was incredibly important for you to know of the most excellent service that I receive at Sloan’s Lake Dental! I first started coming last January because I thought I needed to get a dental implant for a molar that I lost. This is the fifth molar that I have lost, and I have had three implants to replace the other ones. Instead of just fixing the lost molar, Dr. Pollack instead recommended that I start Invisalign to fix my entire mouth. Then she started to ask me about general health questions such as do I have headaches, how well I sleep, etc. I had no idea that all of this was related to something as simple as how my teeth worked and how my bite worked!! After one year I have seen such incredible improvements in my sleep, reductions in my usage of ibuprofen, and my general overall health!I had no idea the relationship between my general health and my dental health! I cannot recommend them enough!!This has literally changed my entire life for the better!!If you are skeptical, I can understand! I was also!!Take the first step and make an appointment. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

By far the best dental office I have ever been to! The hygienists are amazing and the dentist's are always super efficient and friendly.This last appointment they were running behind-so I had to wait 25 minutes-but the hygienist came out about 10 minutes after my appointment to let me know she was behind schedule and to apologize. Little things like that make all the difference!

Dr. Pollack and her entire staff are professional, extremely talented and caring. You can ask questions and they will listen to any concerns you have. The equipment is super modern top of the line and the Dr. is at the pinnacle of what she does in regards to cutting edge, holistic dental practices. So lucky to be a patient there!

I met Dr Pollack shortly after suffering some serious head injuries when I was hit by a car. We were both guest speakers at the dental school she graduated from. After learning of my injuries, specifically my sever double vision, she asked the Dean to introduce us. Later that day she explained her innovative treatments that she was confident would help restore my normal vision. Her confidence was impressive. I was desperate and willing to try anything that might help improve my vision. She went right to work, performing the first treatment that same day. The treatment was completely painless and simple. I immediately saw a noticeable improvement in my vision. I was convinced.She invited me to visit her office in Denver for some follow up treatments. Since that day I have traveled to Denver from my home in Utah for each of the treatments. Her staff always made it easy to coordinate my visits with my tight travel plans. She was even willing to continue my treatments during the peak of the Covid shutdowns, which I was grateful for.My vision miraculously returned to normal after several treatments. I even got my teeth straightened as a bonus from her innovative use of the Invisalign system. I saw a number of vision and neurological doctors after my accident but none of them were able to help me improve my vision until I met Dr Pollack.I will be forever grateful for her expertise and willingness to help me in my time of need. She and her staff are the best! Their careful and considerate care is exceptional. Her skills extend far beyond just fixing and straightening teeth as my experience illustrates. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, look no further than Dr Pollack and the team at Sloan Lake. You’ll be in good hands.

Generally I have a fairly good experience however whoever is working the phones today should probably take customer service training. I called to reschedule my dental appointment and when they asked what dates or times work best, I said early morning Wednesday/Thursday. They gave me a time that didn’t fall into this at all and when I mentioned it I received attitude. I work in customer service so the unnecessary attitude could have been done without. To be honest, I’m probably going to find another dental office. There aren’t many appointments ever anymore, office staff isn’t as friendly, and I always seem to be incurring more charges than ever. Dr Rojas was awesome and since he left the place just doesn’t feel the same.

The cleaning and X-rays went okay, but it was odd that the hygienist asked me if I wanted her to floss my teeth. Thought that was a standard part of the cleaning, and I'm paying for that?Here is what happened:I needed to have some fillings replaced. When I returned the next week the dentist drilled five fillings. He filled two with the aid of an assistant, and then disappeared. The assistant filled the remaining three, and commented that it was very hard to do by herself, and usually it was done by both the dentist and an assistant. I told her that my bite was definitely off and the fillings needed adjusting. She said it was just because my mouth was numb and to see how it feels after the weekend. The dentist was still MIA and did not check on her work before I Ieft.I came back the next week because my bite was still really off and hard to chew. Another dentist acted like it was all in my head, but did adjust the fillings a little better and sent me home.Two weeks later my teeth feel extremely sensitive and it is painful to eat. I go back yet another time and had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes.I don't mind hip-hop but the songs playing were pretty explicit, mentioning drugs and sex,. I asked the receptionist to change it to something more calm relaxing, without the f word? She sarcastically said "My pleasure."Finally the dentist adjusted my fillings properly. I think I am fine now, but will never go back there. Ive had plenty of dental work in my life and this was my worst experience by far.Kind of lacking professionalism and second rate dental work.

You don't need a dentist in a new city until you do. Thankfully, a good friend directed me to Sloans Lake Denver Dentist. Great staff, great team, great experience. It's nice to now have a good dental practice for me in Denver.

Very welcoming staff, low stress environment this is what I look for. I wasn't just " another chance to up sell. Ive had terrible service at other Dentists in the area and this was the first time I felt I trust. It was refreshing. Othershave told me I had cavities that didn't exist, tried to sell me on lExpensive laser whitening while I was dying in pain and couldn't focus, had my jaw pulled out of alignment, and been severely price gouged in an emergency. I'll be returning soon for invisalign! Thank you

Absolutely love this team. This is the second time I had a emergency visit because one of my kids broke their tooth. This time it was really bad since the root of the tooth was exposed. My daughter is only 3 years old so not their typical patient. They ended up pulling the tooth but went above and beyond to ensure that she was well taken care of during the process. Again this is my second emergency and the first was the reason I took my baby girl. The first time was with my other daughter when she was about 7 so it was her permanent tooth she broke. I at that time didn't have the means to even pay for the visit. That didn't stop them from wanting to help my daughter they fixed her tooth and worked with me on what I was able to afford in payments. This was now 5 years ago and her tooth still looks like it never was broken in the first place. I truly feel this place cares about their patients. Highly recommended.

I just moved from California a few weeks ago to Denver and my retainer broke so I needed a new one asap. I didn’t know I needed to move to a different state to FINALLY find a dentist office that provided EXCEPTIONAL care. I have really bad anxiety and even more when it comes to a dentist appointment, this is the first time in over a decade I left a dentist appointment excited for my next cleaning. If you are hesitant about switching offices don’t be, because you will be in great hands.

I've gone here about 3 times in the past couple months, and every time I go in, I'm always so surprised and thankful for how absolutely thorough they are with everything they do, from explaining to me what they find, and what we can and will do to fix it. Granted, I was the one that brought up extracting my wisdom teeth, they took me seriously and got me an estimate of the costs after insurance prior to booking the appointment. They're very transparent about what's going on, and I felt very safe and cared for. The staff and Sage are all so amazing, it feels like you're dealing with real people who enjoy what they're doing instead of people who are just working for a paycheck. They do tend to ask if you're interested in aligners more than once, but if you're not comfortable with saying "no" to up-sells, existing in this world must be stressful for you anyways, as that happens across every single industry from taco bell to life insurance and everything in between.

Had a great experience at Dentistry of Colorado - Sloan's Lake office. Dr. Sage was so professional and helped me understand where the pain from my jaw was originating and how to help it.I also 10/10 recommend their teeth whitening service - it took an hour and I have NEVER seen such a big difference and I have tried them all. The office was polite, professional, and I loved that they played rap music. Definitely recommend this dentist office.

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Pollack and her staff. She and everyone at Sloan Lake are terrific. She/they are highly responsive, committed, competent, and thorough. Patient care -- to include communication -- is exemplary. Her/their willingness to treat me on short notice and during off hours is laudable -- everything one would want from a medical professional. I came to her with an issue that arose with my permanent dentures during the pandemic (my prior dentist is in NYC where pre-pandemic I was doing a great deal of work on-site). I truly appreciate the care and attention I've received and will be a regular patient. I highly and unequivocally recommend Dr. Pollack, her entire team, and Sloan's Lake Dental.

I have been a Sloan's Lake Dental (in it's many iterations) patient for about 30 years, and am sad to say that while I used to be a huge fan and often gave 5-star reviews, that I have to knock it back to an adequate 3-stars since it was folded into the Dentistry of Colorado group. Mind you, the dentistry is good. It is what I would expect from any decent dentist. What is missing is that close-knit group feeling I used to see. I used to know all the techs, all the hygienists, all the receptionists, as well as the dentists - and they knew me, even esoteric details like what kid was playing peewee football and which one had started dating. Now it's a machine. I rarely see the same dentist/hygienist/tech/receptionist twice. I don't think I've seen Dr. Pollack in over two years. I know it's a busy practice, but personal service is what earns those extra stars from me.

After having a difficult time finding decent dental care in Denver, I was recommended Sloan's Lake Dental by several friends. The team that cleaned my teeth looked at my whole health rather than just my mouth. I received my implants near the 1st of October 2020. My experience with Sloan's Lake Dental was positive and wonderful. I have always been a little apprehensive in regards to Dentistry for various reasons and this was a major investment and decision.Don't be fooled by the modest looking building, because the professionalism, courtesy and skill is top shelf. The staff provided me with genuine care, answered my questions ( which were many), followed up and gave encouraging counsel.Dr. Pollack is amazing! A woman of many talents and a tireless work ethic. My impression, she's caring, confident, No BS and professional.I highly recommend her services.

Recommended! Recommended! Recommend it!Dr. Bennett and the staff made my visit very comfortable. I had Terrible tooth and gum pain And they were able to get me in the same week! I had called another location where I usually would go and they almost had me booked out for a month! (Yikes!)Dr. Bennett made sure I understood what was going to be done and what my options were As far as the procedure. The procedure was less than an hour and during the procedure he made sure that I was doing OK, Very satisfied with my experience at Sloans dental!

I truly had a great dentist who cleaned my teeth. Great lady, very personable, kind, and did a great job.However, when it came to the doctor to take a look at my teeth, she “wasn’t there”. This was obviously not the fault of my dentist, but seemed very unprofessional in my opinion. I then waited about 25 minutes for the doctor to arrive to take a quick look at my teeth and then wrapped up her visit with me in about 2 minutes. This significantly delayed the next part of my treatment and turned what would’ve been a 40 minute dentist visit into one that took 70 minutes. Eeek - not fun when i’m trying to get to work on time, which is why I book the early visits on purpose.Put simply, don’t schedule an appointment if your doctor isn’t going to be in the office - your customers shouldn’t have to pay for that with their time. Or..make sure he/she’s there by the time customers will need him/her.I plan to come back, but also plan to leave if I have a similar experience next visit.

I'd been going to the First Avenue office but this time was scheduled for the Sloans Lake Office for a cleaning of implants and dentures. The staff was very nice. The technician who did the cleaning for me was great. Very friendly and careful while cleaning under my implants. No pain. I had been having the sensation that there was something stuck between my front teeth for about 2 weeks. I told her about it and she did not laugh. I know it sounded ridiculous because they are implants and not real teeth. She looked very very closely after the rest of the cleaning was done and she found what had been irritating me. She removed it and the sensation was gone. Very small the irritant was, I could barely see it. It was quite chilly in the office though. Before I could ask, they asked me if I wanted a blanket. I said yes.

I was impressed with Haley, the hygienist. She was thorough, and efficient with her time and mine. Dr. Pollock attends to me and my needs promptly and efficiently. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and an extraction the same day. Yuck!! However everyone there was INCREDIBLE made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The entire team made it as comfortable as possible walked me through the entire procedure. I’m sure when I go back for future services it will be just as good if not better! Highly recommended!

Sloans Lake was very welcoming when I came in.. They were efficient with giving me paperwork and got me back there quickly! Everything was done very quickly as well and the explained to me the cost of everything I needed and what it would be after my insurance kick in on the bill. I really appreciate it that someone came and sat down with me and went over the numbers. I got my next appointments scheduled with them so I will be going back there for all my dental needs for sure!! Highly recommend!

Not many dental offices would see someone with no dental insurance on aa Saturday to boot and manage to make the pain stop. The whole team made sure I was comfortable, explained the financing to me, and completed a root canal with no prior appointment. The office lady knew I was in pain and went out of her way to help me get out that. So I would really like to appreciate your work, you're the best.

It is hard to find a dentist you like going too but I have been proven wrong! Dr pollack and her staff are personable, attentive, professional and hands down just fantastic! The facilities and services are clean and simply next to none. I just moved back to Denver and was looking for a dentist that participated in my dental insurance. salon’s lake provided some of the best in-network dental care I've received in a very long time. I highly recommend their services.

I have had many traumatic experiences at the dentist. When I contacted Sloan's Lake Dental , they actually LISTENED to me. They've done everything they can to help make things comfortable for me when I go. I am not an easy patient and I know that so I'm very appreciative of them. So far so good.

Simply excellent service. I had mango fibers stuck in my gums and they were severely inflamed. They did a through cleaning and I was feeling better within just a couple of hours. I really can’t remember the last time my mouth felt so clean; and I go to a dentist about every six months. I visited Sloan’s while in Colorado for a vacation.

Sloan’s dental staff and Dr. Rojas were so kind, timely, and made replacing a filling & filling a cavity the smoothest experience. The doctor made sure that I didn’t have too much pain as they filled the cavity and were super friendly.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist OR doctors office! My family currently moved to the Denver area and I was in desperate need of a dentist after sudden mouth pain. When I called the office they were able to see me the same day as a NEW patient! From the moment I walked in the office until my check out the staff and doctor were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and treatment, and would recommend Dr. Rojas and his staff to all. Thank you so much!

I went to Sloans Lake Dental and any dentist for the first time in several years. It got to the point where I was nervous about how much work I would need. Dr. Brink was professional and got everything taken care of. No pressure or "you should be flossing more" type stuff. I now have a much better habit and went back yesterday... got some positive feedback and don't need any work. They're awesome!

I love this dental office. They are always punctual, clean, professional. I have never felt guilty about my teeth care leaving there. I do suggest them whenever I have a chance and will continue to do so!

Sloan's Lake Dental - Dr. Pollack is in my opinion a revolutionary dentist and woman. She cares immensely about her patients and does everything she can to help with the over-all well-being of them. She is unlike any dentist I've ever been to, she's amazing and special. The staff is also exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. I actually don't mind going to the dentist anymore. My son, husband, and a few of my dearest friends also go to Sloan's Lake Dental.

Great dental office! They offer a range of convenient appointment times, and it was easy to get scheduled. Dr. Rojas was great at explaining his approach and he did a thorough exam. All staff were helpful and friendly. Glad I found this place!

Since my first visit to now I'm very impressed with Dr. Rojas and the entire office. My mouth is a mess and they have helped me get it back on track. I've never had a Dentist recommend a night guard and this has helped me tremendously in curtailing future problems. I feel they really want me as a lifetime patient. I have referred about 20 coworkers/friends to them. So many have commented on their great experience too.

I can’t say enough good about this place. Have never been to a dentist office with such thoughtful attention to the patient experience. From the front desk to the hygienist, everyone was kind, helpful and attentive. Dr. Rojas in particular, with his uber-calming manner and common sense explanation of everything in easy to understand detail, was absolutely the best. I just had perhaps the most significant dental work done that I’ve ever had to get through, and they made it no big deal. This is my new place for life ?

Friendly staff and wonderful service. I had a cleaning and had to have some cavities filled. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. They were able to get me in on short notice and my cavities were filled quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended on all levels!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They made my routine cleaning and x-rays painless and easy. They offered great recommendations for up-keep and are conveniently located in the Highlands. They also offer a decent dental package if you don't already have insurance that includes x-rays, cleanings and discounts on any other procedures you might need.

I was in sever pain on a Friday Afternoon after the clinic working ours and the Doctor took me in while she was in a meeting!!They took good care of me and dealt with my emergency with great efficiency. They opened the door for my while other offices shut it in my face.I love u so much guys. I'm pain free now thanks to you.

They are second to none! Always friend, quick, and do an efficient job. Highly recommend them to anyone new or looking for a great experience. Going to the dentist isn’t often a fun experience for people and they make it much better than anyone could expect!

I love Dr Pollack ! .. She & her team are VERY professional and progressive w/ her dentistry .. She uses the latest and greatest techniques and materials , she’s done some work on me that many other people I saw said could not be done ! .. Always very caring and seems to go the extra mile !! .. And I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned here because they do such a good job .. I appreciate finding this place. Believe me I looked around before coming here !!! .. Went for first check-up, staff was friendly and worked quickly to take all the X-Rays, panels, and scans needed. Cleaning was quick and easy and the doctors got me started on a plan right away to fix some issues.

Just had my first appointment at Sloan's Lake Dental and had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My appointment was for a cleaning/check-up and X-rays. They offered me advice on my dental needs without being pushy or overbearing, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Sloan's Lake Dental for any of your dental needs!

Every time I visit Sloan’s Lake Dental I have a great experience. They’re always friendly and never keep me waiting. The dental assistants always seem knowledgeable and get their jobs done. I just went in today and the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth was excellent. She then numbed me up in preparation for some filling. I couldn’t even feel the shots and I was numb almost immediately. It was weird and awesome.

What a cool office. This place is super modern, and the dentists are great. I called for an emergency and they were able to get me in. They’re very communicative in what I need and what the best choices were for me. I really enjoyed that fees were shown to me before anything was done and I wasn’t left guessing with a bill that would soon come to haunt me. I saw Dr. Rojas and he was top notch. He not only focused on what I came in for, but told me what else he saw. He didn’t push me to do it, but was clear what could happen if I didn’t, and offered the best dentistry as that was what he believed in. I’ll be recommending all my friends in the area to this place. Thanks to the friendly staff at this place!

Dr. Pollack and her team are really amazing. Every time I go in for a cleaning or whatever every one is so nice! Now I am getting my adult braces (Invisalign) through Sloan’s dental. I went to an orthodontists office and they told me it would cost $10,000. Dr. Pollack said that was nonsense and now I am *finally* getting an overdue beautiful smile for more than half the price!

Excellent staff all around. They saved me from getting a root canal with the suggestion of a night guard, which not only saved me money but has saved me from tooth pain. They also give a discount to teachers! Huge win!

I had been looking for a new dentist and gave Sloans Lake Dental a try. They had a very friendly staff. This was the first office that was respectful of my financial situation and I felt truly listened to what I was looking for/needed. I will definitely be back!

Sloan’s Lake Dental is conveniently located to my apartment and has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff! I got my wisdom teeth out and experienced a painful dry socket. The owner answered my call at 10pm and made sure to see me on a Sunday morning to ensure nothing major was wrong...that’s great care and service! Will recommend to friends and family!

I felt very welcome the moment that I walked in. Hadn't actually seen a dentist in a while, and was a little anxious surrounding both how they would relay my current hygenic standings, and how much it was going to physically hurt walking out of the door. It turned out to be not at all worth the worry though, as they were very kind and professional, and did all they could to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Happy to have found a place that know I'll be going back to.

What a fantastic experience! It'd been awhile since I'd been to the dentist, so I was nervous. But Oscar, one of the dental hygienists, was SO kind, positive and did an excellent job explaining details to me. Dr. Pollack was wonderful to talk with too. She was reassuring and caring. This place is great! Well organized and efficient. Victoria the hygienist was very sweet and informative, and made sure i was comfortable as possible during X-ray. The doc was also nice and informative and answered all questions. Felt comfortable with their treatment plan and like it wasn’t just a money making scheme like some place.

Scheduling an appointment has always been easy, and they send several reminders via text, email and call which is appreciated.The two times I've been for cleanings, the hygienist has been extremely thorough, and given lots of information on things I can do to improve my oral hygiene routine. My only criticism is that I've told them multiple times that I do not want to do a fitting for or get a night guard. The most recent time I had to repeat myself four times that I do not want it, and won't be doing a fitting for it. I understand it may be helpful, but I'd appreciate it if they accepted no as the answer and didn't keep making me feel pressured.

I have gone to Sloan's Lake Dental for nearly twenty years. I even have my son fly in from Dallas to get his teeth cleaned here. The people and service are amazing. The teeth cleaning I received yesterday was the best I have ever had. I can't wait to go back in 6 months to get them cleaned again. Seriously. My hygienist was courteous and professional. Another great thing about the practice is that they are on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into my appointment.
